Window Tinter.
Hey there,
The Detail & Glass Company is looking to hire a full‑time automotive window tinter. We’re a professional shop and we’re looking for someone who can work with skill, precision, and independence.
You’ll be working in a fast‑paced environment where quality matters. Very quickly you’ll get the opportunity to learn additional skills like paint protection film, and decal installation.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in clean installs, crisp edges, and consistent results. If you’re hard working, show up on time, and can follow instructions, we’d love to hear from you. Previous tinting experience will be considered a strong asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Duties
- Cutting and installing automotive window tint
- Heat‑shrinking and shaping film with precision
- Preparing glass surfaces for installation
- Assisting with PPF and decals
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Detail‑oriented and takes pride in clean work
- Dependable & punctual
- Able to keep pace in a busy shop environment
- Experience with tinting is an asset, but not required
Full‑time position. Hourly wage based on experience.
